ABOUT ME

I help DTC brands build influencer and creator programs that drive real growth. My work blends strategy, creator partnerships, and performance-minded execution so influencer marketing actually works as a business channel, without losing the human side that makes brands feel real.

I started consulting to give brands the tools, systems, and confidence to run best-in-class influencer programs. When done right, creators can drive awareness, revenue, and content that connects, making marketing teams stronger and more cohesive.

With over a decade of experience in influencer marketing, I’ve built and scaled creator programs across multiple growth stages. At Grove Collaborative, I helped create an influencer engine that became one of the company’s top customer acquisition channels, supporting both DTC growth and the brand’s launch at Target.

Most recently, I led influencer strategy at Lalo, a modern baby and toddler brand, where I built one of the company’s most efficient growth channels. During my time there, Lalo launched at Target, with influencer and creator partnerships playing a major role in driving awareness, traffic, and sales. That hands-on experience now informs the work I do with consulting clients, from building strategy to executing and scaling programs.

I work with founders and marketing teams who want their influencer programs to feel intentional, on-brand, and measurable, while still staying true to their audience.

Outside of work, I’m a San Francisco native living in Sausalito with my husband and dog. I love to read, my spirit animal is up for debate, and if I were a pasta noodle, I’d be fusilli.

If you’re ready to build a smarter influencer program for your brand, I’d love to connect.
